Vodacom - *****ulent Company

I'm beyond fed up!

In February a marketing company for Vodacom, named Rewards Co sold a Vodacom contract to me telephonically which I received no email nor contract whatsoever for. The exact day after the package were delivered to me, I called them and CANCELLED the contract, requesting them to come and collect the package as what was explained to me telephonically is not what I received.

Since February up until today, I have phoned Vodacom MULTIPLE times requesting them to come and pick up the package as they can also see on my account that there were multiple requests to do so and still just NOTHING!

Now, Vodacom has even debited me for the past two months for that contract which I've cancelled the day after received!

I have no other option than to open a ***** case and include each and every person which has promised to "escalate" the matter.
