Vodacom *****ulant contract renewal

I lodged a dispute with Vodacom for a *****ulent contract renewal in my name. I sent them an email 0n the 14/8/2025 with all the suporting documents. To date they have not cancelled that contract, have not responded to my emails, and have also not refunded me my money. The folllowing number bears reference: EC-21MM-28AGND.
