Vodacom Tzaneen

Hello Peter! I bought an iphone at Vodacom Giyani on the 18/02/2020 within a period of a week the phone battery started getting empty immediately after charging. on 26/02/2020 I took to Vodacom Tzaneen where I got the worst customer service ever. Technician was very rude and service clerk Rosemarry bothered not to collect my Icloud login details phone was returned from workshop to the store not serviced. None of the staff member bothered to call and inform me to come and update my details, since is their fault in the fast place to ask me those details. I bought the phone cash none of the staff members bothered to sell me insurance of the phone. on 16/03/2020 I am still not having a phone which is total Inconvenience given back and told to take it the store where I bought it. Even tuck shop has better customer service. :-(
