VODACOM, tyical WMC behaviour.

I am really upset by how I have been patronized by Vodacom. I bought a Samsung A9 with you guys and expressed that the camera was not performing optimally, to confirm this I even made a comparison with another A9 at a Samsung store and was advised by the store representatives that the camera's image stabilization capabilities seemed to not be working as I had oversaturated, blurry pictures which I produced to the Vodacom as evidence of my phone's faultiness.

I was then told, "all iPhone users have issues with Samsung phones", and all other derivatives of being ridiculed and made to feel that my issues were non-existent, and then sent on a wild goose chase to the Samsung store by one of their Reps which I had already been to on my own but now to confirm that the phone "has no issues". Fortunately the at Samsung the technician picked up that the phone's camera wasn't performing well and we had to return to the Vodacom shop to fill-in OBF forms.

I sign the forms on a Saturday and leave them at the store. At this point I am unattainable and ask the consultant to contact me for any comms through email. It's Friday today and I have been told my phone went for repairs instead and is going to be taking 7 days, not the initial 3 days for an Out of Box Failure. And I only hear this today, when I decide to pop by the shop because no one is clearly communicating what is happening with my phone when they diecide to pick up my calls, most of the the time the phone just rings.

I have been gravely inconvenienced and I still don't have a clue what is happening with my phone since it seems only one consultant only knows what is happening with my phone IN THE WHOLE STORE, and I now I have to wait for repairs? A new phone that was recently bought is going for repairs? Am I supposed to take that?

Vodacom can do better! I went with you guys because of I've been using Vodacom since I had a phone, and I trust you. Is this the reward for loyalty? I would appreciate a status report on my phone and references for me to follow up on, and definitely not a repaired phone which might trouble me again in the future. I don't want to deal with such incompetence again!
