Vodacom Tygervalley Terrible and dissapointing service

very dissapointed in the service. Empty promises, no customer services, do not deliver on urgent request even though i left the shop in tears with promises of immediate assistance. called the next day again, still no assistance. in need of urgent help but just disapointing service. where is customer service for a product your would pay for 2 years when you need it the most.
