Vodacom Tygervalley Rip-off

For the last few years, Vodacom Tygervalley has refused to honour purchases with Vodacom points. They keep giving excuses like "the printer is offline", etc. Rafeeq, today, even told me that it's going to take so long and I'm way back in the queue, all just to get me off doing a purchase. I've had this experience multiple times now and think that the already existent Vodacom rates rip-off is just being strengthened with the refusal to honour their own rewards programs.
