Vodacom Tygervalley putred customer service

I emailed hello peter before because of Vodacom that has not refunded me. After Hello Peter they have called me promising they will assist me. I have spoken to the manager on site Kurt who was going to log a call on getting my refund back almost 2 months later I am still awaiting. They have pathetic service delivery & only want to contact you for signing up deals there after they have no customer service delivery
