Vodacom - ****ty network

What **** service, I have been complaining (via Live Chat ) about the poor network I am experiencing for the past week. I cannot connect to the internet / whatssapp at night. The Agent keeps on telling me to contact the Customer service Centre and when I do so, I need to hold for a long time as the agents is always busy.... I just want to know what is happening, as I am sure that I am not the only one having this problem. Vodacom needs to get their act together. I am wondering if I am going to get a call from them to assist me.
