Vodacom TV voucher not valid

I purchased a TV on Black Friday on the Vodaypay app. RAM delivered the voucher this morning to me and when I tried to activate the voucher so that I can receive my 55 inch tv, I get an error saying that the voucher has already been used. I paid for this and I want my TV. It seems that someone at Vodacom used my voucher code before delivering it to me
