Vodacom trying to retrieve funds from ***** victims
I had a vodacom data contract, was suprised to have huge debit on my bank account last year September by vodacom, went to their store in menlyn to inquire, I was informed that my account was upgraded by someone in the Eastern Cape and a cellphone was also taken using my account, clearly ***** was committed using my account and I was informed to submit an affidavit and a copy of my id, I did those things and it hadms been I nightmare dealing with vodacom ever since, when I call to inquire about the progress I was informed that the case is still under investigation by their forensics department, in turn I would get calls from their accounts department saying the account is in arrears, and they would also tell me the forensic and account departments do not communicate hence their phone calls, this has been going on since last year, today I've received an sms saying the account has been handed over to legal services and I'm really not sure how to proceed, it seems Vodacom doesn't care about their clients, highly disappointing to tagert victims of ***** than to assist them
