VODACOM trying to claim money from us for services we did not even sign for

We complained about ongoing ***** case from 2018 . My husband was contacted by Randal whom said it would get investigated we then got two sms to say our ticket is closed and are we happy with the service NO WE ARE NOT as once again lawyers contacted us for payment for ***** that should have been sorted. Vodacom you have provided no proof to us that we signed contacts with you Vodacom you have given someone else our details and allowed them to open contracts on our names. When will this end...
