Vodacom. Truely lack service

I want to bring to attention how ********** Vodacom is. I purchased airtime and was given free airtime to use for the day. However when trying to use this supposedly free airtime - this was not available to use although the balance check shown this to be available. After 4 calls to the helpline n...still no one could resolve this. Now I was told they will look into this but no service or any reference were available - therefore Vodacom you are *****s!
