Vodacom tricks

Vodacom contracts are *******, one of the call center agents ******* me in to thinking they are offering me a better and more affordable package only to find out I’ll be paying way more than what was explained because my contract hasn’t reached 22 months and that wasn’t even mentioned in the previous call when they changed my package. I’m really sick of Vodacom taking my money and now they’ll change my package back to what is was but I still need to pay the outstanding amount I’m annoyed I can’t wait to leave this network
