Vodacom tricking old people

My husband has a vodacom contract. It expired last year. They phone him he is not good with English and sometimes struggles to hear. Now they said he agreed on the phone to upgrade the contract. We still sitting with our old phones. The contact is now R772 a month we are on pension now we are paying for a contract we do not need. I am so fed up with this. They got your email address why dont they send you a mail. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone. If this contract expire I am going to cancel it. I will rather take pay as you go. There is a lot of people that get caught with this. I just hope the person.that phoned my husband can live with himself. If he was a good official he should have heared my husbands English is bad. But it is al about money these days and not customer care.
