Vodacom Tricking Customers into buying more!

Vodacom have become this Shady business, that is trying to trick people. At first I though, no Marius, your imaging thing, but then this morning, it saw it is indeed the truth! First when you are used to checking your balances and selecting sometimes without reading, because your used to checking balance, you'll find that for that transaction they have switched the options because you were mot consentrating, you buy something you don't need.

And theni thought to myself, okay Marius, Vodacom is not forcing you to make that purchase, just read next time. But wait there's more:

For the second time now, i go and view options to purchase data on *135# or *111# and see a package that i like. Then when i load more airtime to purchase this package, it dissappearsand a more expensive package reflects!

People go and check yourselfs, The first time, i thought my minds playing trick, but a second time when it hapoened, i knew, it's true.

I want Vodacom to explain to the public their new and adhanced system, that detects when you load airtime and then on your number, packages are replaced by more expensive offers.

That's so ****ing mest up! A respectable company, tricking it's customers in buying more, now I ask you. Who is more honest, a loan shark, that's straight forward, telling you, if you don't pay, they break your bones, or a Public Company listed of South Africa' s JSE, hiding their intentions.

Messed up world we live in!!!
