Vodacom treats old disabled people like a "Nothing"

Morning to you! I would like to write this letter as i think maybe Vodacom "The Gaint" so they think they are!! will reply to me regarding my account!! I am 65 years old and i am disable i can not hear and i have tried to explain that for many years to this stupid Vodacom and yet if my brother tries to speak to them they assist to speak to me, it was put on file many years ago at vodacom head office in Midrand and i gave them a letter that my brother can handel all my cases with vodacom. My problem is my account!! Yeterday the 6th of feb 2019 my phone was blocked because no payment was done, but it is only the 6th!! i amde a full payment yesterday and my phone is still off, i tried to contact them via chat online and the person that does not know how to do her job told me to contact the billing department, now why should a HUGE company with a life chat online not having at least someone there that can help you?? Why do they block your line on the 6th of the month for no payment, been with them for over 20 years plus!! I can not get hold of them via mail as they are, it seems to me shy and can not handle all the many customers like me that is not happy. I am so frustrated with them i can not wait for my contract to end so that i can move to a other provider!! Vodacom enjoy the bad treatment to old people and have fun you are a disgrace and i wish i could do something just to show you that we also have a voice, a letter to the media and the ombudsman might do the trick here, that is how i feel right now, switch off to the world and sitting like a duck waiting for you to reactivate my phone which takes 24 to 48 hours!! This is just a letter from and old disabled lady with a small handicap in life which you as the "Gaint" treats as a nothing!! Shame on you VODACOM!!!!!
