Vodacom treat me like a ***** or Idiot

I have reported an issue with Vodacom several times on this platform. Every time different persons from different departments call me with the same explanations, not understanding the quiry I have. Every time after a call I get the same message via SMS " Dear Customer.......Service ticket has been closed. They do not or want not to either understand or explain my query. The last agent promised to send me an E-Mail of my so called "Contract". The point is that I can not speak to a manager. What do they think.... am I a ***** or something.This will not go away for them...promise
