Vodacom Travel Saver

I have been a Vodacom customer since the inception of cell phones in this country - and have always travelled for work and never had the experience that I had now. Roaming, I completely understand and when you roam you pay for it. Vodacom Travel Saver is not something I have ever initiated on my phone and as soon as I saw the first deduction, I emailed them asking them to cancel it. They did not and are now billing me when I asked for it to be cancelled. I need to ensure that they do not install this again -as I travel all the time and I don't know if they have. I have asked them to now that I am back for a short time - and they have said it is cancelled. How do I know they do not install it again - as soon as I travel. How does one make sure that it is never re-installed onto my phone.

Dear Vodacom - the reply is not satisfactory and I have emailed your office to say that it is not right. I mailed and wrote to you guys from September on this and you have not settled this accordingly. I understand you are a large corporation as I said on the phone to your lady today and their is nothing I can do about it as you never dealt with this as you should have in September and I am now the consumer that has to deal with the bills. It is not right that you have invoiced me something I asked in September to be cancelled. I know I can do nothing about it until such time as my contract is up and then I will port my number and go to another service provider. I have asked countless times and I have proof of this with all my various emails asking for this service to be discontinued and never once did you adhere or listen to any of my emails.
