Vodacom Trash Network Provider

Vodacom really is trash. My mother was sent a statement saying that she owes over R3000 towards her contract with Vodacom...a contract that is still debiting successfully from her account each month. She was informed that her account was handed over to lawyers because it was in arrears she challenged that and sent Vodacom an email and the next statement she got said she was R95 in arrears and her account had still been handed over and sh should contact Vodacom legal. She contacted Vodacom legal and was told that Vodacom legal doesn't even have her ID number she should call the Vodacom 135 number which she did again and they were again unable to assist her. They keep giving her the runaround and not assisting but continue debiting from her account which is *******.
