Vodacom Towers unreliable and *************

Vodacom Towers out, especially in Petrus Steyn (Mamafubedu), Free State. No one at vodacom responding or making an attempt to repair the tower. This tower goes off for days and occurs 2-3 times a week. Absolutely useless and a disgrace. Locals in the area are dependent this service.

How many more "consultants" must contact me or any other consumer for something to be actually done to repair the cell phone tower? This is absolutely a disgrace to collect monthly subscription funds from consumers while the service on your products are basically non existent?

This has been going on for more than 3 years now!
