Vodacom tower offline

The Vodacom tower just died in the White River. This is a huge problem for my home office which uses a *fixed* LTE contract from Vodacom.

It is the tower that you find when you exit the town from Buco's road at the corner of the Plascon road. Unfortunately Vodacom had removed all methods of reporting issues like these from their website, app, call centre, email etc. Therefore, I have no other option than to report this issue on Hellopeter.

In the meantime the tower came online again. But please make it easier for us to report issues like this. I would hate to give a negative review on Hellopeter each time I want Vodacom's attention for something.

Yes, that is correct. I already reported that the tower came back online again in my second message in this thread (see above).

How am I supposed to report incidents like these in the future if the tower goes offline again?

* Tobi is useless
* The app has not other way to report this.
* The website hides all possible ways to make contact.
* The call centre either takes a long time to answer or transfer the call from one department to the other until I give up.

Should I continue to use Hellopeter as a medium to communicate with Vodacom?
