Vodacom tower more off than on these days

We have a Vodacom tower in town, it is at times a 3G tower, at times an ornament in the town spoiling the view of the dam. Lucky only to the one house next to it since it is only as high as the roof of the house, at the lowest point in the town.... <br> <br> Either way, Vodacom please can you fix the tower, internet is unusable these days. It has been like this over a month and nothing seems to get done about it!!
