Vodacom Tower is not working since 25 Dec 2022

Second Beach Port s***** Johns. Xmas there was a lightning storm and Vodacom towers whent down . Since then we struggle to call out or recieve calls, no Data lines availeble and towers always off during loadshedding . 2 km towards Port st johns town and in town no problems with the towers . I have call customer care so many times that vodacom has block my number from speaking with a consaltant . We are all chaning to mtn wich also has problems but, we are able to call . we also have to change to more click satelite so that we can run our booking and credit card systems . We have pleaded with the vodacom shop in town but, with no luck . The problem is the tower based in Sencond beach Port saint Johns Eastern cape . Please can someboy get back to us with answers
