Vodacom tower generator!

We live next to a Vodacom tower in Secunda. There is a power failure on the tower which causes the generator to run 24/7. Now the said generator has been running non stop for more that 2 weeks. As someone who is due in less than 2 weeks and have a toddler who can not sleep because of the noise, one will think that they would of sorted the problem out by now. I have phoned numerous times, I've logged a complaint but nothing is being done to get the right people on the job to fix the issue on hand. They spend money to refuel the generator that I don't even want to know the cost of rather than getting the problem fixed.

The sleep deprivation is affecting my and my husbands work and life. I would think that Vodacom would care a lot more about their customers well being but they do not, all they are good at are making excuses for why it is still running.
