Vodacom Tower at Gillooly's interchange - Boeing Road West - EOH Office Block / Osborne Road, Bedfordview. This tower is UNSIGHTLY - the palm "leaves/fronds" are tattered and frayed/ragged and this tower needs urgent attention please. I have tried phoning every Vodacom helpdesk number without success. This is the only platform I feel that may be able to assist and prompt a response from Vodacom

Thank you, Vodacom, for contacting me - very prompt telephone reply (from a rather amused staff member) - that in itself deserves 5 stars!
I realise that this a 'complaint' about "appearance" and not service so perhaps the 1-star rating was not justified.
