Vodacom tower down for no reason.

We have a tower thats out so we cant use our internet router and we cant use our cellphones as well. There is no way to report tower thats out as well. And this is starting to become a regular thing now. Yesterday it went down for no reason at all! Same as them wanting their payment at the end of the month for a service not delivered. You guys are pathetic Vodacom. Once this contract is done I'm done with you. You're better off with sending doves and a letter than using Vodacom!
