VODACOM - TOTAL ACCUMULATED AIRTIME DUE TO EXPIRE ON 1 JANUARY 2019?

Vodacom reference 1-3425- ********** | 26 November 2018

The 'airtime balance details' on my MyVodacom profile appears to show that my entire accumulated airtime to date will expire on 1 January 2019.

What is not shown (as should be the case) is the individual monthly airtime amounts and when, by month, those individual airtime amounts would expire.

Vodacom, rectify this immediately please.

Vodacom customers [on a uChoose Flexi 150 contract] may wish to check their airtime balances to see if they are similarly affected.

Reviewer Update
At the time I signed the uChoose Flexi 150 contract (5 January 2018), according to Vodacom's Let's Talk of January 2018 states, 'Airtime allocated as part of uChoose Flexi Plans will carry over up to a maximum of FIVE months allocation' But according to https://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/uchoose-terms-and-conditions '10. Monthly airtime allocated as part of the NEW uChoose Flexi plans will carry over up to a maximum of TWO months allocation ...' [Emphases mine.] Vodacom, please clarify this apparent discrepancy.
