Vodacom top of the pile - as always

Since January I am unable to get my vodamail emails to download through my vodacom devices (i.e. routers cell phone) I phoned the call centre 3 times and they could not assist, eventually I went to a vodacom store, where they told me at 4 in the afternoon that their technician was on lunch, I should come back at 5 !! Nevertheless was there at 5 and the technician couldn't fix it, tells me it is a password problem ... tried to change password on line doesn't work (7 attempts) phoned again, call centre promised to log a service call ... nothing. Nobody takes responsibility useless, call centre was lawyers bed but over the last 6 months even worse ....
