Vodacom took my 100GB

Vodacom did me dirty, they took my 100GB data that I paid for fully. I upgraded on the 18/05/26 to a new data plan which is 70GB anytime data and 70 GB night owl. The agent did not explain to me about the start date of the new data, soo in my mind I’m thinking the new data will start in the 1st of June 2026 as it is a new contract. To my surprise I received an sms saying I’m only left with 2.21GB on Sunday and in my mind I’m like how is that possible because I know I have more than 100GB data and I have never ran out of data let alone finish 100GB in one month, my data always overlaps to the next month. Mind due I received an sms on the 29/04/26 that I am left with 99.75GB that’s gonna expire on the 31st of May 2026, that was two days before I received my new 100GG for May, meaning in the 1 of May I’ll be having 190 something GB to use for the month. Now that I have upgraded and the contract starts on the 1/06/26, they decide to take my unused 100GB away and give me 4GB from the new 70 GB that i did not even agree that it can start towards the end of May. According to them I’m expected to pay again on top of the R394.58 that I paid on the 20/05/26 for the data that they took and I did not even use but I paid fully for. Can Vodacom just bring back my data. I have been trying to get my data back and no one wants to assist. They are refusing to give me back my data

The 100GB that I received on the 1st of May 2026 was suppose to expire on the 30/06/26, and they decided to take it without my knowledge. I called them the whole day yesterday trying to explain my problems, no one seem to care about helping me, instead they are telling me that I was left with 1.5GB on Saturday, to my surprise I did not receive an sms from Vodacom saying I’m taming out of data like they do when I’m left with 90 plus GB of data

Good day.
Then what must happen now that they say there is nothing they can do because the order is complete mean while they took my data? I can be paying for something that I did not use and expect me to pay more on top of what I paid for
