Vodacom took away all my free minutes and data

A representative at Vodacom phoned me to migrate my vodacom package to a different package, telling me that NOTHING will change except I will be able to buy airtime on the contract. After the migration I lost all my free minutes, my data, my sms's and additional data that I bought as a once off purchase that was valid for another month. How can they take away everything that I already paid for. This is unacceptable. I was misled by the representative and will be lodging a formal complaint at ICASA.<br> <br> <br> <br>
