Vodacom too rich to care about service

<p>Dear useless vodacom.</p> <p>I set a temporary limit every month to manage my accounts(yes silly me took out more than contract with you) better and when I reach that limit I call you. Last month on the last week my phone soft locks, soi call your pathetic call centre to unlock, apparently you decided to migrate me onto your new systems so no one could unlock my phone. YES two week of not being able to make calls or send messages, after the 100th time of calling and explaining I just grew tired and left it hoping that on the 01st my account would reset. Guess what it did and I thought Finally you got it right. Boy oh boy was I wrong, today while having an important conversation my call gets cut and phone locked, so I call vidacom...again!!! This time apparently I reached my limit again...so I start asking questions only to find out vodacon( the ******* they are) charge for data but don't credit me and so I reach my limit by getting charged out if bundles rates. After 30 minutes on hold I am told I will now be credited my data and phone unlocked. Thank god I didn't hold my breath...I STILL CANNOT MAKE ANY CALLS.... seriously Vodacom???? Have you guys grown so much that you don't give a rats ass anymore. Clearly a few less clients don't bother you. Ironically I'm up for upgrade LOL Yeah right. BTW don't call their cancellation department they will keep dropping the call in your ear. Really dissapointing... I kept telling people I don't mind paying more for the best...what a fool was I. I wont hold my breath hoping you respond..</p>
