vodacom too big for customer service

<p>Vodacom in vodaworld midrand the worst customer service. You basically have to take an entire days leave just to get help. This is my third visit and they still are struggling to help me. I bought a laptop that came with a modem. The simcard was provided doesn't work, I was forced to get a prepaid simcard and upload money just so that i can work and ever mind that paying to get 4gb of data every month. I'm thinking of giving them their product back it's so ridiculous </p>
