Vodacom Tobi services *****sters but not clients

Absolutely livid ! *****sters were able to do sim swap with Tobi this afternoon and send requests for money to all my son’s contacts. Tobi would not allow us to reverse it telephonically. I went to the Killarney shop who wanted a police affidavit as my son is in prepaid and out the country at the moment. They said the Rosebank shop closed at 7 and suggested I go the police station and then there. I went to Rosebank police statio( great service). . Got to the Rosebank shop, which had moved so took longer. I got there at 6 and was told they were closed so then went to Sandton who were open but said simswaps don’t happen after 6!!! They were able to see that Tobi authorised a sim swap at 3pm though.So three shops and a whole lot of drama because Tobi services *****sters but not clients!!!! Surely the Rosebank and Killarney staff should know simswaps don’t happen after 6
