Vodacom TOBI

The changes in the help service are just horrible , you dial 135 then you are reverted to some horrible robort called TOBI , asks you irrelevant questions , and in the end unauthenticates you You call takes forever to put you to chat to an agent .

Don’t even know where to access talking point redeem now..

This is just horrible and frustrating
