Vodacom to be civil and put people before profit and comply with the Consumer Protection ACT which make provision to return goods within specific period above all that we are human and makes mistake that we are prepare to correct.
I received a notification from Vodacom about the expiring date of my phone contract on around August /September 2022 and contact nearby outlet for Renewal. I did went to Sasolburg Vodacom outlet whereby I was given options and even signed a new contract but returned them as they were beyond my needs (2phones) and affordability. I asked to be provided with only 1 phone that I pointed out and be penalised if need be but meet arrogant Manager who refused everything and I then left them (2Phones) and asked intervention of Zakhi Khumalo from Head Office who fail to resolve the matter. I lost the number which was blocked which I use for about 15 years and now I am told that I owned Vodacom more than R21 000, for phones that are with them and the number that they have blocked. Above that I do have letter that I have signed with manager that indicated that I did brought back the 2 phones that I took at around 4pm and brought back the following day at 9 am and ask to be given other phone of my choice (Letter which Zakhi Khumalo knows about, Head Office). there is also emails and WhatsApp message from both myself and Mr Z Khumalo.
