Vodacom - Time to sort out my problem

After 5 months vodacom has confirmed that the samsung galaxy note 4 edge has been discontinued and the batteries are also not available. This was confirmed by email from vodacom customer care centre,

I now have heard all your excuses and solutions and all your advice, none which have solved my problem.

I still have about a year left on this contract, please let me know what vodacom is going to do to solve this problem.

Please do not expect me to carry on paying for a handset that is on contract and which I cannot use.

I now need a decision from vodacom to sort out this problem.

I have now reached a point that I want a solution and no more running around in circles.

Vodacom I am waiting for your decision so that I can make my decision regarding my contract.

I am willing to hand in both my phones in at the vodacom shop at which I signed my contract and then you can cancelling the remaining time on my contract.

I am going to stop my debt order until vodacom sorts out this problem.

Regards
