Vodacom tickets not working for months.
I've had a social ticket not work for an entire month and now a whatsapp ticket not work. Vodacom your products are not working! and its costing me my airtime. Please resolve. I will soon begin a search for a new network provider.

02 Aug 2019, 10:30I called Vodacom and the message call center agents regarding tickets is that " sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt" this is the level of service you can expect and Vodacom is knowingly selling Broken products. I did receive a refund but its obvious their suggestion that i buy data clearly indicates that they make more money off data theft then social ticket theft.
