Vodacom threatens clients but cannot back up their information

I have been a loyal vodacom supporter since i have ever owned a cell phone which is about 20 years... This year due to budget and Vodacoms prices being wayyyy too high compared to their competitors i switched.. As it was an early cancellation i was told to go in store to cancel and pay about 4k to cancel... I did this in store with the staff member that got the price from the customer care and he sent through my cancellation and proof of payment. As far as i was concerned my dealings with vodacom were over as i had completed my side of the transaction in paying what was requested and i had now moved onto my new provider... Vidacom then decides to debit my account for some random amount whch of course is out of line so i reversed the debit order. They called my and i asked their representative to tell me what i am paying for and all they could send me over and over was a stupid statement that showed all the amounts they charged me but not what it was for. I responded to ask again what it was for and instead I started getting threatening sms's from their lawyers. I again asked their lawyers the same thing and they also requested this from vodacom and couldnt get an adequate response so closed the case on their side and sent it back to vodacom.... I have since been called by two of vodacoms customer care guys who say that they think it was an additional amount to cancel as they had charged the wrong amount which i am sorry is not my problem. I cancelled and paid my dues the fact that they quoted short is not my issue. I have asked for a manager to call me which never happens and i am still waiting..... This service is absolute ******* and for the prices they charge i would expect better service from them...
