Vodacom threaten with legal action

<p>For the last 5 months the Vodacom debt collectors constantly sent sms's of an outstanding amount that needs to be paid or legal action will be taken!!</p> <p>I sent various mails to Vodacom to either supply me with a deatailed account for the claimed amount or remove me from the list so that I stop getting these stupid SMS's.</p> <p>The only responce is that vodacom can not find any outstanding monies and that the mater will be escalated :-) This happen now twice!!! </p> <p>When can I expect an answer and when will you inform your debt collectors</p>
