Vodacom, This Is Theft and Disrespect

Vodacom has shown zero loyalty after over 20 years.

I have been with Vodacom since 2004, and this is the worst treatment I have ever experienced.

After being called by an agent for an upgrade on 07 October 2025 (dates and times recorded), I agreed to a cheaper plan with fewer benefits. Immediately after that upgrade, my R1 065.94 unexpiring airtime — which I paid for myself — disappeared. No explanation. No permission. Nothing.

I contacted Vodacom repeatedly, asking to be returned to my previous plan (Red Flexi 300), speaking to: • Memory (31/10/2025) • Zinhle (10/11/2025 – 13:18 & 13:22) • Nxobile / Thembelihle (13/11/2025 at 12:33)

Despite all these calls, I have received no help. I’ve been sent in circles, given empty promises, and treated like I don’t matter.

Vodacom was loyal to me for many years — and now that I am a senior citizen, they have dropped me like yesterday’s newspaper.

This is unacceptable, disrespectful, and downright exploitative. You cannot take a pensioner’s airtime and then act clueless.

I demand: 1. To be returned to my previous plan: Red Flexi 300 2. The full return of my R1 065.94 unexpiring airtime 3. A proper explanation and accountability 4. Urgent resolution — not another runaround

I am tired, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. Vodacom must fix this immediately.
