Vodacom thinks their customers are something to be laughed at

So I've bought R150 airtime for summertime deals, twice to be exact. Every time I buy the R149 I get a voucher for youtube premium. Funny thing is, IT NEVER WORKS! Why do they hate their customers? I actually found a Samsung A56 at MTN for almost R100 less per month! I know here I'm going.
