VODACOM - THIEVING *******S!!!!

When someone else Skypes you -- Vodacom (thieving *******s) charge BOTH parties!!! Just purchased a 1GB Data Bundle. Within minutes of receiving a Skype call... 500MG gone!!!! Confirmed with Customer Care that BOTH Parties pay!!!!!! Unacceptable!!!
