Vodacom thieving and de*****ing their customers!

i was contacted by one of your agents to offer me a data package and airtime, "as one of your valued customers at no extra cost to me" When i realized i was being billed for the aforementioned, i was advised that the amounts will be reversed as it was clear from the call recording that the information i was given was incorrect. You came and collected your device from me and again i was advised i would be refunded. To this day I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND AND YOU'RE STILL BILLING ME! I am going to approach the ombudsman if this is not corrected by the end of the week! And i will continue to post on every single day on social media platforms where you have a presence! you are very quick to deduct monies but we have to beg and plead for our damn money back, as IF you came to work with me in order to earn what you so greedily take! This is also in breach of TCF principles! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND YOU NEED TO STOP DEDUCTING FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we telephonically agreed that the amounts would be reversed,and the contract cancelled which makes it a binding contract, the fact that i have not been refunded and still being debited means that you are *******ly (without my consent) debiting from my account. Your calls are supposed to be recorded? please GO BACK AND CHECK!
