VODACOM *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AND *****!!!!!!!!!!!!

VODACOM WENT FROM *********** TO *******!!!! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!! So, now they've trained there staff to lie! Today, the 8th of November, Vodacom takes R1,366.82 from my account. My monthly bill is only R632.97. So I call and speak to Polani (ref number ***) and explain that the amount is wrong and I need my refund today! And also, why was the money taken today? That is not my agreement with Vodacom? So; 1. Theft and 2. They just willy nilly decide when to deduct the money. She tells me the following; 1. My deduction on the 1st of October bounced back because my salary had not cleared. I tell her I know and I went in to Vodacom in George and paid cash on the 3rd of October to cover the amount. It was R632.97. I was called on the 4th of October and told that a further R188 was due because of the unpaid amount. I said no problem, I understand please take it from my account. The asked when, and I said today. All good then for October. Today they take R1,366.82. That is R733.85 too much. If I deduct the R188 from that (in case they haven't received the 188 as I instructed on the 4th of October) then the amount is R545.85 too much????????? What is this amount ??????It's not my monthly installment???? ITS THEFT!!!!!! So Polani LIES TO ME SAYING CUSTOMERS PAY IN ARREARS... THEN SHE TELL ME BUT NO, NOW IVE PPAID A DOUBLE IT INCLUDED NOVEMEBER?????SAY WHAT????? VODACOM STOP *****ING!!!!!!!!
