Vodacom - ******* of the highest order

Vodacom - A bunch of ******* that hide behind terms and conditions. I purchased 3GB of data and at the time of purchase there were no terms and conditions. Now my data gets forfeited (1.7GB) but there is a law in place that data must be allowed to carry over, and that it shouldn't expire. That was the reason I bought 3GB so it will last me 2-3 months, instead of buying 1GB every month. When I complain I am told that in order to carry over my data, I need to purchase more data. Where is the sense in that? According to their terms and conditions that what must be done. So why must I waste money purchasing more data to get my data to carry over? So every month my data will expire if I don't purchase more data. Then what is the point of carrying over the data, if you buy more data? Then you will never get to use your carry over data - You will always use the new data that you purchase. **************** as usual by Vodacom. *******!!!!!
