Pathetic!! worst call center i have ever experienced. been calling everyday to solve the problem and everyone is reluctant to help, the standard response is 24 to 48 hours!!! its been 2 weeks!!! they promised me a router however i find out that the ticket was never logged.
the call center agents sighs and is so unhappy and says she cannot help me?? so i am paying you for internet but i have no internet! this is called Theft!!!
