Vodacom *******

I received a called from a lady telling me my contract is coming to an end and they would like to offer me something that will replace my current phone contract after a few days a home router was delivered. It is not something I ordered I have been calling vodacom to get them to collect this router and it has been a fruitless exercise. They are busy billing me for this router that I don’t even use.
