Vodacom ******* - contract that never ends
Cancelled my contract 3 months ago and now vodacom is black listing me. I have reference numbers. Be warned that once you get a vodacom contract you stuck for life and they will never cancel even after you cancelled a contract.

17 Mar 2021, 17:41Vodacom has corrected the cancelation but logged an amount of R261 after fixing my account against my name at Transunion outstanding. I am also getting invoiced R10.09 (Unlock processing fee) every month affecting my credit score? Why am I charged for things when not having an account? Why the amount of R261 logged to TransUnion if the cancelation was logged and per above fixed? How do we correct this?
