Vodacom *******

Vodacom is guiity of theft / ***** they have invoiced me with almost R 330 for insurance i never requested, after numerous calls they sent me a mail to say it is cancelled and my next account will be credited with that amount , so they first ***** my money then they want to pay it back, if they continue to deduct that amount from my account i am going to lay a charge of ***** or theft.

It seems that this is their way of making extra revenue without any agreement if the customer does not query it they will receive the funds, if the customer queries it they say,
On no it,s a system error we will refund you , that is so dishonest , i have been with vodacom since the inception of cellphone services , as far back as 1994, only to find that they care nothing about their customers , if they can rip you off they will do so!!!!

It seems to me Vodacom is not taking rhos matter seriously, if that unauthorised amount goes off my account by the end of this month that is *****/ theft, as a lawyer i am of the intention to lay ********
Charges and i will also make this public by approaching the press to warn customers as it seems to be practice to deduct unauthorised insurance amounts
