vodacom *******

ive taken out a cellphone contract at cellucity in feb 2019 and the consultant who helped me asked me if id like to take out insurance .i didn't think it was necessary but then he advised me that just as a precaution i should . he asked me if im negligent or tend to drop my phone i then said no ,that was it but the insurance i agreed on just as a precaution. only to find out a year later of paying vodacom insurance the day after i was ******, that vodacom insurance (well the package the consultant took upon himself to offer me) does not cover theft. why in the hell have i been paying all this time .im not negligent i have never taken my phone in for repairs since ive had the contract. surely that proves im not negligent but something unforeseen as theft they dont cover .due to the fact that the vodacom insurance package the consultant who helped me DID NOT EXPLAIN , what have i been paying insurance for ? this is theft in broad day light.

ive checked my contract and it does not state my insurance policy does not cover theft.
